Quality Engineer

Our client, a manufacturing company in the automotive components sector opening a new plant in Żagań, isn't looking for someone to just check boxes on an audit sheet. They're looking for someone who owns quality from the shop floor to the client relationship — someone who can walk into a non-conformity, find the root cause, and make sure it never resurfaces. What you'll be doing You'll be the guardian of product and process quality on-site: Managing customer complaints end to end Approving product and process modifications after SOP Keeping a continuous eye on both the production process and the parts coming out of it — including those manufactured by suppliers. Coordinate Resident Technicians Support the launch of new product development projects Run internal process audits and client quality audits Take ownership of resolving claims and incidents — plus the physical and accounting handling of any non-conforming material returned by the client. What we're looking for * University degree. * 3+ years of experience in a quality role within an industrial/automotive environment; more is a strong plus. * Solid grounding in process audits, ideally complemented by a Quality Master's or equivalent specialization. * Hands-on experience with Core Tools: APQP, FMEA, SPC — VDA knowledge is a strong plus. * Comfortable auditing both process and system, not just product. * Polish and English required; Spanish is a plus.
